Slovenian net-pay calculator
Estimate net pay in Slovenia for standard employment: social-security contributions and the income-tax advance are deducted from gross pay, applying the general allowance and the dependent-member allowances. The compulsory health contribution is then deducted from the net to reach the amount transferred to your account.

- 2.342,00 €
The compulsory health contribution (39,36 €) is a mandatory contribution, so it reduces the income-tax base (withheld from Gross I like the other contributions); on the payslip it appears as a deduction after the net-pay line, so the amount transferred to your account is lower than the net pay.
Bank transfer (TRR)
1.310,30 €
Net pay less the compulsory health contribution (OZP).
In Slovenia your employer withholds income tax and social-security contributions from every payslip, so what lands in your account is already net. This calculator starts from the gross salary and deducts what is actually deducted.
Income tax is progressive across five brackets, applied to the income-tax base after allowances; the general allowance and the dependent-member allowances lower that base, and a flat health contribution is then taken from the net. The calculator shows how it all fits together.

How the monthly deduction works
Social-security contributions come off the gross first; the income-tax base is the gross minus those employee contributions and the allowances.
The income tax is charged on that base across five brackets; the flat compulsory health contribution is then deducted from the net pay to reach the amount transferred to your account.

Why your net pay differs from the gross on the contract
The contract number is gross. What reaches your account is net — after contributions and the income-tax advance, less the flat health contribution.
Two employees with the same gross can take home different amounts once children and the general allowance are counted.
What the breakdown tells you
The distribution bar splits the gross into net pay, contributions and income tax, so you can see where each euro goes.
The comparison only holds net against net — never gross against a figure from another country.
